Change Registered Office

The Companies act very clearly mentions that all Companies should have a registered office. The Office address so selected should be intimated to the registrar of Companies within 30 days. All correspondence with ROC and Company will be with this address. The act and rules stipulate various documents and procedures required to select or shift a registered office. In all cases there needs to be a paper advertisement and notices to creditors sent out.

Shifting office within the City limits

This would require details such as title documents of the property; rent agreement, recent utility bills etc. We will guide you through the process and let you know the documents needed.

Shifting office within the same ROC but to a different city

This would require a special resolution to be passed approving the change. Over and above all the documents needed to be filed with ROC. We will need to understand your Companies/ LLP exact requirements to let you know of the required documents.

Shifting office from one state to another

This Process would require the Company to pass a special resolution and apply to the regional director of ROC for permission. The form for shifting of offices can be filed only after the same has been approved by ROC.
